The Digital Marketplace Content Specialist (DMCS) is responsible for partnering with the Digital Content Manager to create and optimize product content, online listings and digital content (written and visual) across various websites and marketplaces.
The responsibilities also include understanding associated tools and technology used to execute content on web properties and Marketplace platforms, and looking for ways to optimize our current process.
The DMCS will create, audit and improve content related to products, services and value propositions merchandised across multiple sites and marketplaces.
POSITION WILL BE BASED IN GOLDEN VALLEY, MN, AND MAY REQUIRE OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO GA Responsibilities and skills include but are not limited to:
Understand and apply best practices for online and listing copywriting Understand and apply best practices for online listings for various marketplaces Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve online issues Ability to troubleshoot processes and tools for each sales channel Proactively seek out and identify new market trends & parameters with listings.
In partnership with Digital Content Manager, grow and maintain relationships with marketplace and platform contacts Work closely with vendors and partners to deliver and optimize content Direct overseas team to correct erroneous listings and craft new ones for emerging products Complete competitive analysis and recommend growth opportunities Actively seek out & research new products to list Learn and implement new tools and processes Partner cross functionally with Marketing to create compelling content, including but not limited to videos, graphics and product comparisons WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Qualifications:
Education:
Preferred Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field Experience and/or Training:
Experience with digital content creation Copywriting or editing experience Online listings experience (e.
g.
Amazon, Wal-Mart, Ebay) Familiarity with listings platforms like Seller Active, or Channel Advisor Technology/Equipment:
Microsoft Office, Excel is a must, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop Preferred
Qualifications:
Attention to detail balanced with bias toward action and urgency.
Ability to manage marketing efforts, SEO, SEM, website editing and web advertisement.
Experience with Content Management Systems Knowledge of Amazon FBM, Amazon Ads, and/or eBay Motors Photography and photo-editing skills a plus Knowledge of powersports, auto, marine industries, starters, alternators and/or oil a plus Lube-Tech is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
