We are currently seeking a full-time paralegal to join our team.
Position offers competitive salary and benefits in a relaxed working environment.
Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience will be considered, and qualified candidate must have a paralegal certificate or degree.
Previous law firm experience is preferred, and salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including electronic filing of documents and other activities related to litigation.
Assist attorneys with discovery, including scheduling of witnesses and preparation of discovery responses.
Draft correspondence and other documents using Prolaw's electronic case management system.
Maintain and update client records in the electronic case management system including maintaining calendars, calendar entries, and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of client files.
Other duties as assigned.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
