Office Assistant

Seeking an?Office Assistant?for?a growing insurance company in the St. Paul area!
Job Duties:
- Be the face of the office and greet guests professionally
- Answer the multi-line phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Working on various computer systems to process insurance claims and policy holder's information
- Perform data entry and inputting insurance information into database
- Assist with any other administrative tasks, as assigned
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $15-$19/hour, depending on experience

- Associate's Degree preferred
? 1-2 years of previous administrative experience
? MS Office knowledge
? Excellent communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
