3M is seeking a Content and Customer Experience Specialist for the Advanced Materials Division located in Oakdale, MN. At 3M, you can apply your talents in bold ways that matter. Here, you go.
Job Summary:
As a part of the Advanced Materials Division Global Marketing organization, the Content and Customer Experience Specialist will be a customer (new and existing) advocate by providing them with appropriate engagement opportunities throughout their journey from pre-awareness to loyalty. The role will be responsible for various channels, with a bias towards digital and emerging media as appropriate, in order to drive insightful and measurable results.
This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government, or military environments to a 3M career.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop and implement a robust strategic engagement plan based on customer intimacy and gathering/leveraging of insights and other "big data" sources
Leverage and execute on advanced marketing levers, including proper segmentation, account-based marketing, and marketing channel selection
Manage with advanced digital marketing leadership and capabilities, including personalization, programmatic marketing, lead scoring, predictive marketing, sophisticated marketing automation, SEO/SEM, etc.
Lead engagement with cross-functional and global teams of marketing practitioners and other subject matter experts to influence global replication and adoption
Own customer journey map creation, lead optimization of customers' "end-to-end" experience, and activate proper customer touch points which could include customer education, digital interactions, etc.
Lead identification and implementation of emerging technologies as relevant to successfully impact the customer journey
Collaborate with and influence priorities of support teams, including business group level and corporate level (digital) marketing
Serve as a subject matter expert on customer educational needs and messaging channels
Proactively develop budget recommendations and effectively manage the usage of approved budget
Identify insights gaps and lead efforts in garnering missing data, especially around customer expectations of 3M and content needed
Define objectives and goals ahead of activation and institute appropriate metrics to measure and communicate effectiveness or recommendations for refinement
Basic Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Minimum four (4) combined years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, content strategy, marketing, customer experience, and/or segment marketing in a private, public, government, or military environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in global collaboration and influence
Expertise in Salesforce.com and Eloqua (marketing automation)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working within a matrix environment
Results oriented, with complex problem solving and strong analytical skills in order to make actionable recommendations
Experience with web analytics tools
Strong writing skills, tailored to various channels
Strong business acumen
Ability to lead with a sense of urgency and a philosophy that marketing is iterative (plan, launch, measure, refine, repeat)
Ability to lead with an integrated, holistic approach with a bias towards digital activities and elevate usage of MarTech tools available in a more sophisticated way
Location: Oakdale, MN
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic and international
Relocation: Is not authorized

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
